‣ Orders will normally take 1-3 days however variables such as queue length, order amount, and available stock will affect these times. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please reach out via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

‣ Eternal Beans offers Canada Post, UPS & Purolator for shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost due to theft or damage during transport with these services; as well as delays due to things like strikes. Once your package is in the hands of the courier, it is unfortunately out of our hands.

‣ LOCAL PICKUP — When choosing local pickup as an option at checkout, please contact us after placing your order (contact@eternalbeans.ca) with information regarding your point of pickup. Ensure that it’s a public place that our staff are able to come to physically (such as a mall, train station, or park). Please email us with any questions if you’re unsure if local pickup is available in your area to avoid unexpected additional shipping costs!
